Vintage 1960s Zuni Raised Mosaic Silver Inlay Pow Wow Dancer Bolo Tie This bolo tieis a beautiful Zuni (New Mexico), raised mosaic inlay,Pow Wow Dancer design in silver. The bolo tie is unsigned, and I have not done the necessary research to positively identify the artist.Note that the inlay is delicate, nicely done, and has obviously been done by a master Zuni silversmithof the 60s era. The inlay is also slightly raised, giving it a bit of a 3-D look and feel.The bolo tie was made in the 1960s, as evidenced by the earliest form of marked Bennett clip for fastening the strap (see thefourth photo below).

The bolo tie is 2-7/8\"tall and 2-1/2\" wide. I believe that the four-ply, black leather strap is original. Itis still very soft and pliable, showingalmost nowear.The handmade, inlaid, dangling,2-1/2\" silver \"feather\" tips nicely complement the tie (see thesecond and fifthphoto below). I have left the original patina on the tie and tips. Note that the \"pinkish,\" golden, and grayovertones in the photos below are shadows and artifacts of my photography and are not present on the tie itself.
