Replacing your existing drive or driven sprocket with one that has a different number of teeth will affect your machines top speed and how fast it will accelerate; this is called gearing.
Here are the rules of gearing
Increase the number of teeth on the DRIVE sprocket and you will increase the top speed but reduce the acceleration.
Decrease the number of teeth on the DRIVE sprocket and you will increase the acceleration but decrease the top speed.
Increase the number of teeth on the DRIVEN sprocket and you will increase the acceleration but decrease the top speed.
Decrease the number of teeth on the DRIVEN sprocket and you will increase the top speed but decrease the acceleration.
When changing sprockets just bear in mind you may need a larger or smaller chain to accommodate any changes you have made.
What is the shipping cost to my destination?This varies depending on your location, and the options are displayed at the top of each ad. We make these rates as accurate as possible within the limitations of \'s systems. Unfortunately we cannot currently list every postcode exception in every country, so on rare occasions we may be forced to request that extra shipping is paid. Where this happens, you will of course be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund if you wish.
Shipping is not listed to my destination, can I get a quote?Yes! Some items are difficult to price for worldwide shipping due to various reasons. Please contact us with your full address and details of which items you are interested in.
What is a working day?Working days for delivery companies are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Can I use a PO Box address?If choosing \'STANDARD\' shipping, then PO boxes are acceptable. If choosing \'EXPRESS\' shipping (or if this is the only option), then PO boxes cannot be accepted as UPS and DPD can only deliver to full addresses.
When will my item be despatched?We do our absolute best to despatch all items within one working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). Due to the time difference between the United States and the UK, this usually means that we will receive and despatch your order on the working day following purchase and cleared payment.
Some items may require a pre-delivery inspection or build service which can delay despatch until the next working day.
Sometimes payment issues, fraud checks, adverse weather and other unusual events can cause a delay to despatch that is beyond our control. If you require something absolutely urgently, we always advise you to call us on +44(0)2476 455893.
Who will deliver my item, and how long will it take?We use Royal Mail AirSure, UPS and DPD to ship our items to the United States, Canada and South America. Royal Mail is priced as \'Standard\' and UPS or DPD is priced as \'Express\', available as an upgrade where applicable.
Tracking will be provided, although the Royal Mail tracking is less detailed than UPS/DPD tracking.

Who pays customs duty and charges?As the customer, you are responsible for any customs duty or charges incurred in your home country. However, because most of our items are low value, they are almost always exempt of any customs duty to most customers. We ship many items each day to the United States, Canada and South America and we are in good standing with customs as a trustworthy supplier. We almost never hear of any customs difficulties whatsoever. If you are unsure as to whether an item will incur any duty, please contact the customs authorities in your own country.
What is the basic returns policy?We allow returns of unused, undamaged items for refund or exchange up to 30 days from when you receive the item. Exchange or store credit may be offered after this time.
Buyers in the United States, Canada or South America may find that it is not cost effective to return unwanted items. This is because the shipping back to the UK may be more expensive than the value of the refund, particularly for low value items. It is usually far easier to resell the item in your home country, and many buyers realise a profit by doing this!

- Package your item for safe travel. Include a note with your name, user ID and postcode.
- Return the item to us (address above). We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund lost items.
- Allow 5 working days for us to receive and process the item (longer for international buyers).
- Call us on 02476 455893 (international buyers please send us an message).
- We will arrange an exchange or refund as required.
The customer covers the cost of return postage. We will only be able to refund this where we have made a picking error, or otherwise made a mistake that has led to the return. If you believe this to be the case, you need to contact us before returning the items as we may need to send one of our couriers in to pick the item up.
For items that are simply no longer required, unwanted, or that do not fit your bike, we cannot refund the return postage due to the extremely low prices that we offer across our range. There is simply so little margin that it is not possible for us to cover this cost.
