This is a gorgeous true 19th century Victorian 8 carat gold ring with a 3 carat oval cut light purple amethyst stone. Ring is size 3-1/2. It has a wide ribbed band and very pretty cut-work prongs around the stone. Not marked, tested and guaranteed solid 8K, probably European. Weighs 2.28 grams. Very good condition, no damage.
