This is an exquisite very rare 18th century antique handmade brass large snuff box.It is completely made by hand and made very well with hand engraved detailing on both sides.they have intricate scroll detailing and a figural etching on each side above the scrolled detail.The box is made and hammered completely out of brass and has a great patina from age.it has a very nice design and a very well made handmade hinge which is also hand riveted with iron rivets.the box is very old and has great age.it measures 5 by 2 inches.It has some ware from being used but overall in nice antique shape,refer to pics there is some splitting at the seams.Thank you for visiting \"Dusty Treasures \" and please feel free to browse through
