You are looking at a beautiful Russian silver kovsh that I believe to be by Feodor Ruckert (the Faberge work master). It is a beautiful piece of cloisonné enamel in a stunning range of colours. It measures approx 4 inches at longest and has from what I can tell (and I am not an expert) some minor enamel wear this is visible in the last photo.

It appears to have an engraving on the handle so I believe this could have been presented. I have photographed from every angle as pictures speak a thousand words!

Pieces by Ruckert are rare and of the finest quality. This is a beautiful piece.
