This is a stunningly large antique handpainted bisque/chalkware holy water font, candle holder, statue.It depicts on theleft ……The Virgin Maryand on the right…….St. Therese of the Child Jesus (St. Therese of Lisieux) It is marked on the back by maker and dated 1928.It is a very old piece and has a beautiful patina from age.the piece just has that wonderful look to it.it depicts St Theresa with crucifix\'s in hands and Mary praying…both dressed in complete head to toe robes.there is an ornate figural fountain wallin-between them which is the holy water font and has the candle holder on the bottom.there is even a little rectangular slot in the back that can be used to hold a crucifix if desired.the candle and holy water font can also be places to hold rosaries and jewelry.it is beautifully painted with nice rich color.they stand on a detailed rectangular base which isnicely routed.it is solid and extremely heavy,measuring 15 inches tall by 11 3/4 inches wide by 5 1/4 inches back to front.it is overall in nice antique shape, normal ware

buyer is responsible to file insurance claims via USPS, if package arrives broken or damaged, due to USPS\'s new policies the broken or damaged package has to be present when filing claims.
