This lot is for your consideration...c.1895 Wedgwood Dip Washington/Franklin dark cobalt blue pitcher measuring 8.25\"H & 4.875\"D. This jug/pitcher is very heavy and large.
This Rare pitcher IS NOT listed in the Michael Herman \"Wedgwood Jasperware\" book that is a guide book for RARE & Unusual shapes & designs......I\'ve never seen this piece before.
Condition is excellent for its age and all white relief work is intact. Piece does have firing flaws fromthe white relief.....Relief is superb and very striking to the eye.
