Because of their size the volume is also referred to as the \"Thumb Bibles\".These were highly prized and were often rewarded to children as gifts for good action, often in church. Cloth bound with gilt title and blindstamped gilt designing to boards and spine. Pages delicately browned and intact, some foxing and staining, however interior unmarked.
