are offerding on a tin Minstrel Mechanical bank. Made in German (Bavaria) by Saalheimer
& Struss c1928 when it was patented and marked with the D.R.G.M. registry. The
coin is placed on the minstrels tongue, push the leaver and he swallow’s up the
coin!! Still has almost all of it’s lithography, 99% intact, NEAR MINT, FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION, shinny NEW
still!! Has a nice patina. 100% original - no cracks, chips, breaks or damage
of any kind other than any stated. 3 5 /8” wide X 6 7/8” tall, Listed in the new “The official price guide to Mechanical
banks” by Bill Morphy, published Sept. 7 2007!! Page 228 bottom, it list for $1800
with 98% paint and this is EVEN BETTER!!!! Buy this now or you won’t see
another in better condition anytime soon.

information, make use of it! Plus it’s fun to look back in 20 years and say I
only paid $200 for that way back when. Most of the banks today selling for
$200-$400 were $15-$50 in the mid 1970’s, big money when the reference guides I
have were printed.
