burgundy, black &white cloisonné enamel- amazing craftsmanship and artistry!

Dated most likely back to the late Qing Dynasty, mid to late 19th Century...

Measurements approximately:
16\" - height with base
10\" - wide
base: 5 3/4\" across x 1 7/8\" high

Wight approximately : 3 lbs 2 oz unwrapped, without box.

Condition:signs of some patina to the brass/bronze legs and beak.
probably very - very slight overall wear to the cloisonné enamel with no any damage:
no repairs, no dents, no missing enamel, no flakes to the enamel, no breaks, no chips or cracks or any other damage, the colors are vivid,
bright and fresh....really rare excellent condition for so old item..
The bottom shows one not major scratch and appears to be new screws, probably old screws were replaced in a while..
