collection lot of 5 x vintage /antique handbags / purses inc snake skin leather handbag, a ornate beaded wire handbag, a embroided silk purse, small beaded white purse, and metallic purse. Most are usable but a couple need a repairs and are damaged..- The leather handbag is working but heavily used with repair stitching to inside and on handle. Inside is buff brown suede with compartments inc zip. Still a usable piece although worn - 1940\'s
- The fine beaded bag/purse has a tortoise shell faux top closure hinge - this is broken to one end but can be repaired, there is also stitching loose and minor losses to beads. the back is embroided with flower designs inc silver thread - again this is worn with losses, dating to 1920\'s. even with the damage and wear this piece is a very high quality example and in good order would be a valuable collectors item
- the silk embroided purse is nice but has stain outside - 1940\'s?
- the little white bead purse again is useable - has a \'empire made\' tag on inside - 1980\'s
- the metallic colour purse is usable with wear to clasp metal. - 1980\'s
