1890 ART NOUVEAU Nouveaucake serverDescription of article:The here offered cake server was designed during the Art Nouveau period in Germany. The elegant cake server is made around 1900 und is decorated with the typical geometric design for this time in German. I think that the server is a unique item and is designed by one of the German designer like Henry van de Velde or Peter Behrens.......This cake server is made from silver-plated New Silver (is tested) and not marked. The cake server in a exellent used condition and without a monogram, with slight traces of utilization, see photos.This item is ideal for serving mothers fine cake or a very nice collectible item.
