check this out ! estate fresh from old time Dr office in upstate NY. the story\'s this one could tell! I belive this dates from the 1930s or 1940s . fully adjustable up and down the pole with a lock set so it stays and back and forth with the handy dandy handle on the back of the light .measures % feet tall and 16 inches wide. as you see this works but it needs to be rewired ( frayed wire where it goes int lamp) folks this is not some put together steam punk project this is truly a rare adjustable floor lamp ! size is 5 feet tall and 16 ins wide . maker unknown but most likely good old American know how made . winner is to pick up at my ware house in Sparrowbush NY 65 miles NW of NYC just 4 miles off rt 84 interstate at exit 1 or you can send a shipper
