This certainly has quickly become a Leica classic and certainly one you need in your collection. I was very lucky to buy one at an exceptional price, only $3,100, almost mint with all originals including box. The bokeh on this lens is truely amazing and razor sharp, especially well performed at f2.0 to f 2.8. Being a non APO lens you can get a bit of fringing on high to low brightness borders but it just adds to the character IMO. The latest 75mm lux APO sells second-hand at half the price of this beauty, if you own one you'll know why, it's a mystical lens!

A classic leica lens. The image is on a softer end, but details are very well reserved in the image. Change from in-focus to bokeh is smooth and gradual. Offers quite good depth of view in F2. I prefer using this lens in f2 than wild open. I am very satisfied with this purchase. It's exactly what I wanted. The lens is kind of heavy. Definitely needs a tripod to use it. This lens is a terrific portrait and (maybe) landscape lens. I won't use it for street photography or something mobile.

Last len and very nice bokeh. This fast len is one of the most famous of Dr.Mandler...so well known as "The Miracle" 99% is produced in Canada and some of the rare item has produced in Germany. Enjoy the rich color and very nice bokeh len.
jumped on mine when it appeared on KEH's list about 6 months before the M8 was available, but had been announced this classic lens produces dreamy bokeh & is tack sharp very well constructed with a built in lens hood probably my favorite M lens
