Now I am a Big Berserk fan. Loved the Sega Dreamcast game first. Then found the Anime then the Manga. I am So Happy to see this! Yes the CG sequences look like they came out of the early 2000's or something but all the other animated sequences are great! They take liberty's cutting out sections of the story but that is understood seeing how this is movie series not an anime. The biggest reason I love this I the hope and belief that it will continue past the anime and into the darker manga parts of this epic tale. All the story parts are here and I hope the next one will be just as enjoyable!
Words can not express how much i love this series to all who think that have seen it all you must take some time to watch this epic saga and save the best for last.
