I have tried several pairs of regular and wireless headphones, and these are, for the price you can get them for on eBay, by far the best. The sound quality is fantastic (even if Beats are stronger on bass), the battery lasts much longer than 12 hours (haven't tried to wear them longer than that yet), and they remain very comfortable during my very long working sessions (10-12 hours). They are very lightweight, indeed. I use them with my Asus T100TA tablet, and I have a 15 m (50 ft) range with the headphones. Within that range, even the walls in the apartment don't affect the reception.

I think these are overpriced. They are heavy and uncomfortable after a short time. I tried numerous times to enable them without success; the instructions are not accurate about how long to hold down the on/off button! They finally got seen by three different devices, but with the PC the sound delay was SEVERAL SECONDS! The laptop and Smartphone connections were stronger and almost no delay. They are cheaply made. These are worth maybe $20. The adjustments for fit are just longer/shorter. I don't expect them to last very long, but this is my first attempt at bluetooth headphones. I did try another brand first but it totally failed to connect to anything. At least this pair finally got seen by my devices. The sound quality is ok, I can hear the low bass notes and the high electronic sounds without much distortion. Sony products sometimes are overpriced and this whole line fits that description. I did not test the built-in microphone, as this is not a feature I care about. The reset hole is the smallest one I've ever seen and I could not find anything thin enough to fit in, a pin might work, but I didn't want to put a sharp end into an electronic device. Overall I would say it's very important to physically try out headphones first in a store and then look for a bargain online; had I tried these on, I would not have purchased them for the heavy feel on my head and the pressing down on my ears; but this was more to learn Bluetooth than anything for me. So in review, I struggled to get them seen by devices, not impressed with quality, and over-priced; worked well with some devices.Read full review

Over the ear is the way to go, finally a pair of headphones that don't feel like a vice smashing my head and ears. Not quite as much bass as my cheapo Bludio set, but way more comfortable to wear and the sound mix is perfect for movies. The dialog comes through clear and crisp.

These headphones sound really good, especially for the price point ($50). Now, where I'm very impressed is the Bluetooth connectivity. Better then Beats, or any other Bluetooth that I've ever seen. I can literally walk anywhere in my house while connected to a source. Sony claims 10 meters, but you can easily double that with walls and all. I also have it on the high music quality mode and not the high connectivity mode. The on the headphones controls are great, and work on everything I've tried it on. The bass is a little lacking, but us still present. Sounds neutral music, and have more of a studio sound. Battery life must be great, because I've never had them die. Which is a plus because there isn't a 3.5 headphone jack connection. Build quality is a 9 out if 10. There's nothing wrong with it, but I have seen better. However, the all plastic build makes for a lightweight comfortable long term usage.Read full review

As advertised. I have used the MDR V6 since they came out. Been looking for a BT equivalent for travel listening. Though not the exact match, very good.
