I ordered a product that had never been unwrapped from its original packaging and that is what I wanted! But, the batteries were intact against the contacts and there was a plastic piece to protect the batteries and game from corrosion, which didn't work! When I opened the package the product didn't work so I removed the cover and found the batteries had leaked and corroded the terminal connections. Bottom line... I wasted my time purchasing a game that doesn't work!
