One of the best every day carry knives in existence. I own a lot of blades, and this one is with me over 75% of the time. I like this knife so much I ordered 30 of them to have logo'ed for some of my better customers. The blade has a great shape, the knife is thin, pocket clip is excellent and the action is fact on open. I removed the thumb stud and only utilize the spine ridge to flick open. I've recommended this knife to pretty much all my friends, who carry it just as much as I do.

I have owned other Kershaw assisted knives in the past. This particular knife does not open as smoothly as my other Kershaw knives. The clip seems bothersome when I reach for it out of the pocket however that is easily corrected. I personally would not buy this knife again.

I bought this because I have the cryo 2. I love that knife so I thought I'd like to have the cryo 1 also. I bought it used but I'll tell you I'm not even slightly disappointed. Kershaw makes a top notch product that's easy on the wallet. The speedsafe feature is nice and the action is smooth. Easy to sharpen but retains a good edge. If you want a solid knife but you're on a budget, try Kershaw knives.

Good size for edc, not too big but too small. Not heavy but feels sturdy. Nice edge out of the box. Really strong pocket clip which is perfect (that's how I lost my sog)clip has nice features, the clip is movable to top or bottom and allows the knife to sit deep in pocket. Only time will tell how well it holds an edge but I hear the 8cr13mov is easy to sharpen. So I'm sure for the very affordable price I'm going to be very happy. Thanks!
