I bought this book for school, and I absolutely love it! It has a ton of recipes, great techniques and really is a great book for those studying the foodservice industry. However, it is a bit heavy, so if you have to take it to classes, you will need a sturdy bookbag. It has a lot of great pictures and step-by-step instructions. I love this book!!!

I like the book because it have recipe n they explain how to do it but the title is professional baking so suppose to be they have a lot of the technic for pro not for basic baking
