Great book with great information. I liked how it highlights the "super healthy" foods with a star. It also gives specific reasons why to eat certain foods and what ailments they help. It reads easy as well. The only thing that would make it better is some recipes.

This book rocks. I didn't eat very well due to my lack of knowledge of different foods. This is the encyclopedia of food books for me! I just look through it and then find the things I like to eat, go shopping buy them and then find cool combinations for them. VERY EASY DIETING! Fun too! I love the extra tid bits of knowledge that is thrown in throughout the book. Especially what he has to say about soy. WOW didn't know that!!! LOVE THIS BOOK!!!
