I recently purchased a 4 oz. bottle of the cologne and though it has a pleasant smell, it's not quite as alluring as I remember it. It was a bit disappointing, but really, today's pair of 501's get busted belt loops on the 9th wash and for those of us still wearing white briefs how long do they last, 6 months, 9 months....so it was not a shock however while I don't regret the purchase I don't think I will be buying another bottle anytime soon. BTW, I purchased a bottle of Nautica a couple months prior to getting the Polo and it is more impressive, I think. So there you have it. Thanks for listening.

I wore this cologne in college, in the 80's. Every girl that I dated always said the scent stayed on all day! Every person come including men and women, used to call me Polo man because the scent lasted all day long with a couple of sprays around my neck and my wrists. I ordered hello again after almost 40 years and this stuff barely lasts an hour. I was so disappointed. They have watered it down so much and increase the price. To me that's bait and switch. I don't think I will ever order another product from Polo again.

I once was in a hospital as a patient. The day after I was admitted, a nurse said she liked the cologne I was wearing. I thanked her and told her that I had applied that about twenty-four hours before. I was really amazed. This should last me at least a couple of years before needing more.
