Got this for my Health & Wellness class. It was a 3 week course so it went by pretty quickly, but I really enjoyed reading this book. As a textbook should be, it was very informative. Many things I have put into practice in my life and my children's lives. For those needing this book for a class or your are just a really "healh freak" (and I mean that is a good way!) you will enjoy this book. The only thing I didn't like was that is was quite redundant. But some people, like me, need to be told things many ways, many times for the ideas to stick.
