This is an excellent book with many of the best photos by Ansel Adams. The photos are large and printed on quality paper in fine detail, almost as good as the actual photos. The photographs span several decades of his career in photography and were taken at a number of different parks and wilderness locations in several States. The book has excellent examples of the fine detail and stunning contrast that Adams was able to achieve with black and white film and print paper. His extraordinary talent in being able to select natural scenes and transform them into exquisite photographs that he visualized as he began the photographic process is amazing. I would highly recommend this book for its beautiful pictorial content. Gerald
