Gotta love Chuck Heston. Whether playing it flat (Moses), more lively and a bit brooding (Ben-Hur) or cynical (Planet of the Apes, not in this collection), Chuck is always magnificent. The Blu-Rays here are the highest quality from a recent restoration. You can see so many details. And, Chuck is maginficent, too, in all his Blu-ray, digital glory.

I have seen this movie before but wanted a copy to watch whenever. The special effects are great, color is great and scenery is great and the sound is excellent. I really liked the actors and the action plus biblical references. I also got The Ten Commandments as well. Actually liked both but like Ben-Hur better.

Two excellent classic movies in one Blu Ray. I just watched Ten Commandments and it was as good as ever. The picture was clear, sound, terrific; I also enjoyed the music. Great acting by all. No wonder it won the Academy Award. I will watch the other classic "Ben Hur" tonight. I am sure I will enjoy this classic movie once again.

Like most viewers who love these films they've probably owned it in more than one format like myself. VHS, then DVD, and now finally Blu-Ray. This combo offer is a bargain to be had. Once I moved up to a 65" the limitations of standard definition DVDs became apparent. So slowly adding some of my all-time favorites on Blu-Ray to my collection. The results are amazing.
