This is NOT the book I ordered or received! It was PASTERNAK - A PICTORIAL HISTORY by Gerd Ruge. I enjoyed that very much, particularly as my class is studying Olga Ivinskaya's memoir A Captive of Time about her years with Boris Pasternak, the Russian poet and author of the novel, Doctor Zhivago. Perhaps the latter is the reason my title was confused with this one?
This book gives me an oportunity to find natural food options for diseases I am affliicted with. Very interesting reading. Many options other than drugs to ease the effects of my disease. Even there are no cures for many diseases they are many other avenues to go down in treating many problems. I bought the book because I am disgusted with all the books and articles I have read and wanted to see if there were any new ideas. I did find some. And I am practicing a few. I am very pleased with the book. I'd recommend it to any or everyone looking for relief. Thank you.
lots of good tips on regulating problems with the "medicine" of food.
