This book was very disappointing. #1. The book is very thin with only 80 pages. Any book entitled "The History of Rock n Roll" should be way more comprehensive. #2. The choice of representative pictures in each chapter is questionable. Too few pictures. You expect better from Life magazine. #3. This seems like an obvious attempt by the editors to hastily slap together a few photos after Mr. Clark's passing and make a quick buck selling a book with his name on it. There are so many better books about Rock & Roll out there. And if you want a real biography about Dick Clark, I'm sure you can find a better one, too. In summary, don't waste your money on this book. Luckily I only spent under $5 for it on eBay.
