Fantastic price, fast shipping, well packaged. The candles work great. They look good too. If you're worried about the cords being too stiff after being folded up to fit in the package, Just use a hair dryer SET ON LOW! to straighten them out, after you unwrap them. Works great.

They are too lightweight. They want to fall over with the slightest movement. I glued them to a small candle mirror for a base, which helped a lot. They are too sensitive to reflecting light from my curtains. In other words, I have them inside windows and the curtains are light colored. That little bit of light reflecting off the curtains, when the candle tries to light, keeps them from lighting up to full power. So I put a piece of lightweight white card stock around the whole candle to block some of the light and now the sensor allows it to light up. In the end, they are working, but only with the modifications/additions I added. Maybe, depending on where you place them, they would work ok as they are. But it would need to be where it is pitch dark.

The light sensors need bright light to turn them off. Also the sensors are mounted on various spot between each candle so if mounted on widow & sensor faces in, room light will turn it on/off. Also I thought you could leave them plugged in,hence the point of auto on/off & why I purchased them. But instructions say to unplug them if unattended or when retiring to bed. Could be they're just covering their a#@ in case of fire claims. But they could of made them of better quality.

Just as described, work perfectly. Right out of the box, plugged them and all work perfectly. Not real bright but , look great from the street. A good little nightlight inside the house too.

. . . that these lights do not "hold up." I posted them (all six) in my indoor windows - - and all of them - - (all six) - - - ceased functioning after six, seven days. I bought new bulbs, thinking that the problem - - not so. My husband, a decent "handi-man" chuckled and said "I told you so!" and reminded me that "you get what you pay for." I'm sad - because I had great plans for these lighting my holidays. I'm off to Ace Hardware to buy my next set, face-to-face.
