One tape is 35 minutes, one 50, one 51, all with different instructors. The workouts are similar in one way - they all offer an excellent full body workout. Interval training at it's best - alternating cardio (both on and off the step) with weights makes for an excellent fat-burning muscle-building workout. Simple steps that are added on to little by little, giving you time to catch on pretty easily, especially if you're familiar with some basic steps. Don't get too hung up on having the proper "firm" equipment. These use "the firm box" which is basically a step that can be flat, inclined on one side, or raised to a be a higher step. I use the step I have and stick something under it to make it incline. You'll still get an excellent workout without the incline!
