This book is now out of print. The authors took the four gospels and interwove them into one narrative -- all Bible but combined into one story. Awesome way to read the Gospels. The copyright was sold/given to the authors so a new version (same book) is now available under the title "Jesus Christ The Greatest Life." It has notes as well.

the way the scripture is presented puts things in order and helps to clarify things. It is great because you don't have to go from book to book to search out all the references. It brings things together and helps a seasoned bible reader or a new reader to understand better.

I purchased paperback versions of this book several times. I enjoyed reading it as a devotional several times. My only disappointment was that the paperback kept falling apart. If this version is leatherbound, with giltedge pages, I'd be interested in buying a copy to use as a devotional for years to come. Frankly I'm looking for a copy for research purposes. But right now the sellers aren't saying enough about why they want so much.
The version of the book that is pictured did not match the version of the book that I received. Still love this book, though!
