This video is such a joke it's not even funny. It obviously is not a serious exercise video that would benefit you in any way. And I'm not sure who was expected to buy this, but, if it's who I think it is, hahaha it's very disappointing. Alyssa is wearing bike shorts, which are hot but she keeps pulling them down, which is pointless, and if they were really trying to exploit her looks, the camera angles and "exercises" would have been very different. $50? I don't think so!!
