This was a talented group of guys that performed in Athens, GA for many years during my time in college there (late 80's-early 90's). I had the pleasure of watching many of their live concerts and meeting them in person. Way ahead of the usual pack, Seven Simons were serious about their music and it showed in the quality of their work. You will really enjoy the excellent writing and fine musical composition involved in the recording. I think the mixing could have been better on this CD but overall it brings back wonderful memories of what the Athens music scene is all about. They soon disbanded and I think that some of the members have continued their musical careers on in other ways.
