This is a book by a real life bartender who has the "school of hard knocks" experience to back up his thoughts. Plus, I would venture to guess, some heavy education he doesn't brag about. I had a lot of fun reviewing that which I'd already learned, and learning that which I could use "a hand up" with. Wish I had this book when I was 18. But I wouldn't have appreciated or respected it until now, at 50. As they say, youth is wasted on the young. I just never thought I'd say that.....
