I've been using PUR filter systems for years, they make drinking tap enjoyable. The PUR faucet system is easy to maintain, just change the filter whenever the indicator tells you to..................NO BRAINER!

This is the second one I have connected to the PUR unit. With very moderate use, essentially just filling up the occasional water bottle, the filter slows down to a trickle, and then drop......drop....drop....at a time. Two filters, two exact outcomes after 3 weeks.

I had a Britta pitcher that was, frankly,a pain. It was inconvenient to replace the filters, transfer the water from the tap to the pitcher, and to keep clean. Putting a PUR filter on the water tap is a far better way to go,and it is cheaper. There is a function where the appliance flashes red when it is time to replace, but that functions on the number of times you use it. Read the directions to see the filter is designed to filter one hundred gallons of water, think it through and change the filter based upon your actual use instead of trusting the green, yellow, and red lights.

These two were a good price and the product is excellent for water taste. Otherwise, my city water, tastes horrible.
