Not the Chanel No. 5 scent that I was expecting. Didn't know the vintage was a different fragrance. Still smells nice. Giving to my mom as an early Mother's Day gift. She'll love it. I'll have to get myself the modern fragrance of Chanel No. 5.

Chanel No. 5 eau de cologne is iconic and it's what Marilyn Monroe wore. It's vintage and has ingredients no longer used, notably civet. Which makes it more musky. It dries floral and powdery, its lovely. But it's nothing like modern, fruity fragrances. It's warm, sophisticated and from another era. It's amazing, nothing like the perfume and probably the best eau de cologne ever made.

I think this must be toilet water not cologne because it doesn't last very long. However, it is a wonderful scent while it lasts, and you can always put more on. All in all a good deal.

Chanel No 5 smells so beautiful, on me atleast on some people it smells good and some bad. Try it out its definitely worth it. I own 4 bottles of it, one 2017 version, and three early 1950s bottles.
