Is it the most excellent movie of all time? No. But is it good? Yes. I have favorite characters, and LL COOL J (Ladies Love Cool James) is one of them and that is what made me purchase it. Chris Klein is good in this movie. The stunts/graphics were wonderful. The storyline wasn't bad but predictable. You knew, basically, what was gonna happen. I have never seen the original '75, so I can't say if it is a bad remake or not. I know I enjoyed it and was worth it. The sport, Rollerball, looks like the kind of sport that would be underground in the US of A. Lots of action, blood, betrayals. I love it and recommend it!
A forgotten dystopian gem, loved this movie when I was young and had to seek it out to add it to my collection!
