The piece is in good shape and priced well. My “but” is the description said the piece was in its original box. Yes the styrofoam box appears original to the piece and it has the covering sleeve but the box is missing the styrofoam top. That’s not a problem for me because of how I store pieces but it may be a concern for someone else.

This is a very detailed product painted extremely well. Unlike some of the '56 buildings that are not very realistic, this one fits in perfectly with many settings.
