This book makes it easy because it has all of the points, easy to read cooking directions and has lots of very nice pictures. I have already made two recipes from this book: Easy Shu Mai Dumplings and Onion and Olive Pizza Squares. The dumplings were not necessarily easy but very tasty and worth it, they were a lot more time consuming during the cooking process and stuck together so I could only steam a few at a time (I sprayed the steamer with Pam after every other batch). The pizza was great, I added baby portabello to the toppings. I made each for appetizers and they were a big hit at both parties.
Lovely book. New. The the receipes are easy to follow. Wish i would have known about it sooner. A friend recommend the cookbook couple weeks ago. A healthy way to enjoy food.

I enjoy the weight watchest cookbooks because they are easy to use recipes that have ingredients that can be bought at my local grocery store and are down to earth recipes that the entire family can enjoy and i can still use healthier ingredients and the points are already printed oput for you.
Condion Back had a fold in it and black marker on spine. Like most weight watchers recipe books it had some great "everyday" recipes and some with ingredients that Rachel Ray probably doesn't even know what are -- but Julia Childs would. Pick and choose.
This is a very handy cookbook if you want to prepare meals within your point range.
