This DVD series is one of 4 limited release that Disney put out featuring cartoons from the wonderfully whimsical, totally adorable animated series "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh." This particular DVD is titled "Playtime With Pooh" and it features cartoons that have to do with playing nicely together, problem solving and being part of a team. The first cartoon "April Pooh" is a nod to April Fool's Day, where Pooh and pals are trying to figure out who is playing confusing, but harmless tricks on them. "The Good, The Bad, & The Tigger" features Pooh and friends playing with Christopher Robin's train. Tigger acting as the exuberant rascal, continues playing with the train after told not to and the train comes apart, leading into a make believe wild west story. In "Bubble Trouble", little Piglet gets stuck inside a bubble. And the last cartoon features the theme of work vs. play in "What's the Score Pooh?" where they all play squish ball and agree to help Gopher finish his digging project. This DVD has 4 episodes, all of them good. However, the reason we bought this DVD was for the 2nd episode, "The Good, The Bad, and the Pooh." Our son LOVES trains, and this is all about a train. It is really excellent and he watches it over and over again. He loves the other episodes, but especially the train episode! The only criticism I have is- what is up with Rabbit? He is GREEN. That is just not right!
