The good. Looks and feels solid. I particularly like the squared "shoulder" that fits flat against the USB socket. It looks like it could take a bump and not snap off. I had a Verbatum that snapped off and I lost most of a finished book manuscript. The bad. Not really "bad" but it's a pet peeve of mine. I was sure there'd be a light on this one. Nope. No light. I have an old Sandisk Cruzer that has a yuge light that glows and pulsates. I know my file is being transferred at a glance. No doubt about it.

I would like to be able to write or copy some files to it for safekeeping, or moving from one computer to another, but the transfer speed between this flash drive and an HDD is very slow. The transfer speeds are ok between SD card and this flash drive. Downloading files over the Internet into the flash drive also works fine. It is an ok flash drive to download windows 7/8/10 OS installation files.
