The Evil Queen from Snow White is one of Disney's most recognizable cinematic villains. With the Mattel Disney Signature Collection Snow White Evil Queen Doll, you can relive the tale of Snow White at home. This doll stands 12 inches high, which means it is sized to fit in perfectly with the rest of your Disney doll collection. Mattel recommends this Disney Signature Collection figure for children ages 3 and up. While children will love playing with the doll, adults will also love the intricate details that can be found on it. As a part of the Signature Collection, Mattel used high-quality paint, fabric, and accessories in the creation of the evil queen. The fabric on the toy is made of a premium blend of polyester and cotton. The fabric is durable enough to withstand a child's play session. The fabric is also resistant to both dirt and grime, including finger oils. Every detail on this toy is accurate to the queen's appearance in the Disney film. Both her full-length skirt and cape reach to the ground, while her belt fits snugly around her waist. Mattel opted to create her belt out of rubber, increasing its durability and the ease of attachment and removal. Her cape is secured by a small Velcro clasp. The toy features a stiff white collar that will remain poised over time. Permanently attached to the toy are two accessories: her crown and her apple. The apple is attached to the right hand, and it represents the poisoned item that this Disney villain offered the heroine in the film. The toy apple uses a chrome plating to make it shine, which is resistant to fingerprints and will not chip or wear down with age. The crown on the head of this Disney villain also uses the same chrome plating. The original packaging for the doll can also double as a backdrop for the toy itself. The artwork on the inside of this packaging is the background of the queen's throne room from the film. It includes all of the details from the movie, including the crow. The background features multiple layers, creating a 3-D effect that gives it depth. The body of the figure is just as durable as all of the accessories. This Disney Collection figure is constructed out of a hard plastic, which ensures that the body and face of the doll will stay beautiful when handled by young children. The paint on this figure is exquisite, and it brings out this villain's beauty. The shading and makeup on the face make it look like she stepped right out of the classic film. This character has over five points of articulation. The head of the character is on a ball joint. This joint allows the head to look in all directions. Her shoulders, elbows, and hips are all on hinged joints that allow you to pose her in many different ways. Even though she wears high heels, the figure is stable enough to stand on her own.
