I've been using a stone for my pizzas, but tried the Pizzacraft PC0308 and found it cooks up a crispier pizza crust with nice leopard spotting on the bottom. It's easy to handle and clean up is a snap. I can't complain on the performance of this metal pizza sheet at the price I got it for ($25.00, free shipping). Can I recommend it? Yes. For the average retail price I see it going for, I think it is well worth it. So if you're thinking about trying one of these, go for it. You can try out baking your pizzas on a metal pizza plate for a minimal cost.

If you don't have an issue with cooking on a dirty surface, this is for you. It is impossible to clean and rusts immediately. I haven't had that transfer to my crust but can see that happening at some point. Cooks the pizza to perfection.

I'd love to know what these cost to produce in China. With all the work to make a pizza from scratch, 14" is too small. Tomato sauce takes the seasoning off.
