I loved the show as kid and wanted to see it through the eyes of an adult and I can now say it holds up pretty well. The animation is very well done by Filmation and the stories are entertaining but a bit too preachy. As I watched it I was reminded of the way I used to eagerly sit in front of the tv on Saturday mornings in the 80's with my parents and wait for the show to come on, and for a product to evoke such warm childhood memories makes it well worth the purchase.
