Your Body Speaks Your Mind is a barrage of words over stating the obvious, that one's body reflects one's mental state. I really doubt that it would be of any real help solving health problems. The title itself is clever and pretty much the beginning and end of the author's point.
An interesting read on illness and the mind. It is an intriguing look at mind, body, spirit and will definately get you thinking. This is my second copy. I gave the first one I had to a friend and bought myself another because I liked it so much.
This book was recommended to me since I like "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay. I like it because it goes into more detail about what all the body parts do and what are the possibilities that can result from negative thinking and actions and how to correct them.
