I have used several Aussie products over the years and usually love them so expected the same from this one. I rarely review anything online, but broke that rule after using this product because I want people to be more prepared than I was. The first thing which struck me as a problem was the opening device. The cap flips up but takes two hands to do so because it's a very tight seal. The sharp noise upon opening actually hurts my ears but pales in comparison to the even sharper noise heard when closing it again. I honestly am not kidding when I say the process hurts my ears every single time and can be heard over the noise of the shower in a totally different room. Once opened, the conditioner is thin, runny and has a sharp chemical smell. Maybe it's supposed to be floral, but all I smell are chemicals. Every time I use it, I wonder what the chemicals are doing to my hair and I wish for a natural conditioner. I don't like to waste money so I've continued to use this conditioner, but I despise it and won't purchase it again. I've also sent a review to the Aussie company so maybe they'll improve the design in time.Read full review
