This workout was great during pregnancy. I had gestational diabetes and working out with this DVD helped to keep sugar levels low. It helped me with energy and I did not gain wait the last 2 months of pregnancy! It also helped strengthen my abs for pushing in delivery. I was able to deliver my baby in two pushes, unlike the first baby. It wasn't too hard or too easy. The stretches kept my body from aching and my back didn't hurt so bad after I started this exercise routine.
It is a good workout, mostly the part you do with baby, is fun, but nothing extraordinary that you couldnt have come up with before, just kinda playing with baby but doing repetitions... It is a good workout overall but definitely I would take the time to look for other ones so I can alternate, this would not be the only one I 'd stick with.
I really like this dvd. It has a variety of workout options starting with the day you leave the hospital all the way up to slightly more advanced moves. Great range of options. I also like the segment wear you workout with your baby. Definately recommend this dvd!
