The doll was a Christmas present for my daughter. She wanted Aurora in a BLUE dress. She asked for it last Christmas and I couldn't find one so I told her they don't make one. She asked again this year and said Santa would be able to find one. I figured, ok, she's serious about this. I didn't think about eBay at first. Aurora is Disney so I checked Disney websites. This doll is a Barbie brand but she still came under the Sleeping Beauty name. I wasn't sure what my daughters reaction would be but I figured since she threw out the "Santa can find it" line then if she didn't like it it was going to be Santa's fault (ha!) Needless to say, she liked it. So, good job Santa! Once again, mom can't take the credit for all her hard work!
This doll is a barbie doll. She can wear all the fashion clothes. My granddaughter likes her because her eyes close. She can sleep with her. The lever closes the eyes and opens them. The lever in the back doesn't get in the way of the outfits and is easy to use. The only thing she can't do is move her head from side to side. However she does have the twist n turn waist. That with bendable legs works very well.
I absolutely love Vintage Barbie Product... They are produced with so much care and attention to detail.... Only minor complain, though this is a cosmetic issue..... Wish there was more blue on the dress.... The yellow kinda overpowers the dress.... But overall I love the doll.....
