I have been using this product for many years and it is great! Unfortunately, Clairol has "improved" this formula but I think they should have left well enough alone. It is very difficult to find this anymore even on eBay.

My only complaint is the box contains the root touch up packet that was sold about three years ago. I don't think the color formula is as strong as what was being sold in the past, but it is certainly better than the new formula that is being sold now. What I ordered was a good value.
