I have had several Burley Clay bird baths and loved the quality. I was very pleased with the color...had been afraid it might be to dark almost like black, but it matches the blue in my striped bird bath I had previously. Some folks leave these glazed bird baths out in the winter which isn't a good idea. I use a cover made for it or store it in the garage.

The bird bath is beautiful. We had a problem with how the bowl joined to the column. A pair of baby raccoons knocked the bowl off the top and it split in half. The company that sourced the birdbath sent a replacement bowl for minimal cost to me. This time I made sure is was going to stay with a heavy application of gorilla glue adhesive. I also created a heavy base to keep the whole thing from toppling as it is a bit top heavy. So far so good.

The birdbath is extremely well made with a nice, deeper than most bowl, for the birds to splash around in. The top is easily removed for cleaning, if necessary and it arrived on time and was very well packaged with no damage, at all to the ceramic material. It's weight is such that it withstands strong winds, is very attractive with the Zanesville design and well worth the reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I am impressed with this AMERICAN MADE birdbath. It is nice to look at, has good water capacity and should last for years. It is well made and looks great in the garden. It cost about the same as the ones made overseas but I think the quality is better and I like to Buy American when I can.
