The item was received exactly as described and pictured! Although it was used, it arrived looking brand new, well packaged to prevent breaking, and in advance of the projected date of shipment. And, although the cost of shipping and handling was nearly as much as the casserole dish itself, it's understandable with the resources and effort the seller put forth to ensure my glass dish arrived unbroken. I would definitely trade with this seller again!!!!
