I read this book while working on my masters degree. It change the way I look at the workplace. I especially like the section worth he talks about two kinds of workers. One that spends all day putting out fires and works until 7 PM every day. The other is efficient and there are no fires. He is finished with his work by 2 PM and leaves sharply at 4 PM every day. Most every boss will find the guide that stays until 7 PM to be the better worker. In other words… It's better to look like you're working hard then to actually work hard.

Witty, insightful, and "Calling It How It Is", Scott Adams continues the saga of Dilbert, Dogbert, and the entire bunch. Another fine work from the man who pointed out that incompetent employees are intentionally promoted to prevent them from doing harm. "But Of Course There Are Obvious Exceptions"
Great fun! I bought this copy for a friend because i wouldn't part with my copy. I felt that he must read it. He has a lot of insights in to the moderian work culture that i suspected but could not put into words. Very funny and sarcastic.
I purchase this to enhance my Scott Addams collection. Books that shows the every day situations in the Office, but can be applied to our daily work. Words, sentences, situations are the same. Even characters.
